Elaborating, sharing, narrating: a narrative analysis of three approaches to health communication

Abstract Communication, despite being considered a key aspect in medical practice, has not received the corresponding attention both on literature and training as technological biomedical aspects. As reaction to this context emerged fields of knowledge proposing reflect strengthen aspects communication between physician patient. In article, we perform narrative analysis three such approaches health: Balint Groups, Patient Centered Care Narrative-Based Medicine. The study highlights approximations distances these approaches, along with recognition potency each them different contexts practice.
